Benefit Jamaica

Join us for this great fundraising event on November 19th. Help the poor of Jamaica and give the kids a Christmas to remember. It will be in the Nashville area in Historic Old Hickory Village.

The venue is Uncommon Grounds Coffee Shop 1053 Donelson Ave. Old Hickory, Tennessee 37138. A donation will be taken at the door for food and music.

If you can’t make it take 5 to give $5 here!

The proceeds will provide toys for the kids, feed the poor, build bathrooms for the elderly, wheelchairs for the hospital, and more.

Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done. Prov. 19:17

And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’ Mat. 25:40

FOOD, MUSIC, SILENT AUCTION

The event kicks off @ 6pm with sounds of Jamaica and food.

Music starts at 7pm with Singer/songwriter Doug Mathis.
Doug may not play Jamaican music but has been a singer/songwriter for as long as he can remember. As a performer at Opryland USA, he was featured for over 6 years and has had the pleasure of performing all over the United States. His music is always uplifting, enjoyable and anointed. You can find his music on Youtube.

There will be a silent auction with lots of great items and gift cards from local businesses. We would like to say a big thank you to all the merchants that have helped to sponsor this event. Make sure you check out their websites and Facebook pages. Then drop in to give them some business so they can continue to support great causes like ours.
